ORDER COMPLETION

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, we will notify you and offer a replacement product or refund.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any product or content from our website at any time, as well as to refuse to process an order after sending an order confirmation, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS WITHIN THE LEGAL PERIOD

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina, No. 25/06), purchasing through our website https://fanshop.fksarajevo.ba is considered distance selling. The law stipulates the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys the product to satisfy his personal needs, and not for the purpose of performing a professional activity), to withdraw from the contract within 15 days from the day the product was delivered to him. When canceling, the customer can, but is not obliged to, state the reasons for canceling.

To initiate the procedure for returning goods and/or funds, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] . After that, you need to send a Statement of Withdrawal from the Contract via e-mail, which should contain the order number, the code of the item being returned, and in the case of a refund, the account number to which the refund will be made, as well as the number of your identification document (ID card or passport number). The Statement of Withdrawal from the Contract enters into force on the day it is sent to the merchant via e-mail.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The refund is made upon receipt of the product, after it is determined that the product is undamaged and in good condition.

The customer is obliged to return the product without delay, no later than 15 days from the day he sent the cancellation form. After the expiration of 15 days from the date of sending the cancellation statement, the product cannot be returned. The product should be returned to the branch from which it was sent.

When returning, the product must be in good, unused condition and in its original, undamaged packaging, with the invoice attached.

Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for any malfunction or damage to the product that occurs due to improper handling of the product. The buyer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the product that occurs as a result of handling the product in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that the damage to the product was caused by the buyer's fault, a refund will not be granted, and the product will be returned to the buyer at his expense.

The merchant is obliged to return without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, no later than within 15 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal, and after receiving the product. The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong item.

REFUND PROCEDURE

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. Refunds are made upon receipt of the product, provided that the product is undamaged and correct.

The merchant is obliged to return the amount that the consumer paid for the product within 15 days of receiving the cancellation statement, and after receiving the product. The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong item. Refunds can only be made if the customer has followed the procedure for returning goods.

Refunds are made exclusively by payment to the customer's current account. It is not possible to make a refund via courier delivery or cash. You cannot exchange the product on your own initiative or request a refund in FK Sarajevo retail stores without prior contact and agreement with the Online Store operators.
