I Introductory provisions

Definitions:

FK Sarajevo or " we " means the company FK Sarajevo doo Sarajevo, Maršala Tita 38b 71000 Sarajevo, Registry number: 65-01-0729-18 JIB: 4202567020009.

" Internet Store" means the online store operated by FK Sarajevo within the scope of its business activities, and in particular https://fanshop.fksarajevo.ba/fan-shop individually " Internet Store "

" Internet Sites " means Internet Stores and other websites operated by FK Sarajevo doo as part of its business activities.

" User ", " You " means you, the user of the Internet Sites (any natural person);

These general terms of use (" General Terms ") apply to the Websites and are intended to regulate access to and use of the Websites by users.

The term " Use " means all operations performed by the user after accessing the Website, including simple browsing, regardless of the means of access (e.g. computer, tablet or smartphone), type of connection (private connection, third-party connection or public wi-fi) and location of connection.

II. Functionality of the website

By using our website you can:

• browse the products and services we offer, including information about our physical stores;
• make distance purchases in accordance with the Terms of Sale, the Law on Consumer Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 25/2006 and 88/2015), as well as applicable entity and other relevant regulations ("Online Shopping");
• if you consent, receive newsletters and other information about products, promotions, prize games, competitions and special offers in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
• after registering a user account, use the additional functionalities listed in Chapter VI of these General Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to add, modify or remove certain functionalities, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without the obligation to obtain your consent.

III. Unauthorized behavior on the website

By using the website, you agree to use it exclusively for lawful purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that does not harm our business reputation, nor the reputation of related legal entities and third parties.

You specifically agree not to:

• download, use or store any content that belongs to third parties and is subject to intellectual property protection or personal data protection;
• to collect the content of a website without authorization or to create a database through systematic downloading of content;
• delete, change or in any way damage the content of the website, nor try to bypass security measures or interfere with the operation of the website or server;
• introduce viruses, Trojans, computer worms, logic bombs or any other harmful software;

• create false or misleading orders; in the event of reasonable suspicion that such an order has been placed, we have the right to cancel it and notify the competent authorities.

Any right granted to you by these General Terms and Conditions shall terminate in the event of a breach of any of these provisions.

You can request to deactivate your account at any time. Your account will be permanently deleted after 30 days, unless you log in during that period and revoke your request.

• These General Terms and Conditions have been drafted in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the entities, and shall be interpreted in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
